A clone of World of Warcraft has been released in China, which has the potential to excite millions of players.

Upon closer inspection, Tarisland boasts larger dungeons and raids that can accommodate up to 10 players, arenas for initiating PvP battles, and a cosmetics store that does not allow Pay to Win, among other features that will be revealed in the upcoming weeks.

As a result of the collaboration agreements ending between Blizzard and NetEase, the Asian giant has lost all of the licenses from the American company. This marks a significant shift and the end of years of partnership between the two entities, culminating in the development of Tarisland, a Chinese-made MMO clone of World of Warcraft.

Tencent is now preparing multiple betas to showcase its latest offering to the world. “All these exciting features will be available in the next game test of Tarisland,” explained the company’s officials on the official presentation website.

“We aim to create an exciting and long-lasting world for everyone. To achieve this goal, we plan to conduct extensive scale and duration expansion tests to gather feedback and understand players’ thoughts on Tarisland.” To register for these betas, users must visit the Tarisland website.
